Ease of use
Saw this advertised on TV and thought what a good idea - we have two cats that need to come in and out of the house during the summer days when we have the door open as we do not have a cat flap. Anyway - it was very easy to set up - the instructions were very clear and as our door frame is Perspex - we used the double sided sticky tabs that were supplied. However, the double-sided d sticky tabs that are supplied are not very robust and you are told to use three at the top of each curtain and then a couple down the side of each curtain. Unfortunately after a while - when a family member went through it - the top tabs came unstuck and the curtain became detatched and fell down around the family member (funny eh)!. Luckily enough we had some of our own double sided tape (one you can put up things where you don't need any nails# and secured the top & outside edge of the curtains. With that - problem solved - and it is much more robust and secure when going in and out of it, The comforting "click" as you come and go - ensures that no pesky little flies can get into the house - which I can happily say we have noticed an improvement in. The cats can come and go as they please #once they finally got used to it - after a lot of sniffing and realising that just waiting behind it - doesn't mean that it is going to open automatically!! - they push their noses through it - and the "click" does make them jump a bit - but they will get used to it. Luckily enough too - their collars don't get caught up on the magnets either. All in all a good idea - one which I think a Dragon would certainly have put their money towards. (just make better double sided sticky tabs next time#
